Using a combination of EFT, meridian tapping, hypnotherapy and release techniques you can learn to rapidly and effectively overcome any challenge.
All of our emotions come through our body, that’s why they are called feelings. Most of us have lost the ability to be able to release our emotions because we don’t like the feelings we have and either try to analyse, resist, suppress, deny, talk them away, ignore, or develop bad habits and thinking patterns around them.
Over time these emotions build up and we spend more and more energy resisting them and pushing them down. We often mistakenly think that if we allowed them to come up we’d be overwhelmed and wouldn’t cope. But actually, the opposite it true. By accepting them and giving them more space, they actually lose their intensity and power over us.
By stimulating our energy system through EFT (a form of meridian tapping), as well as focusing on the feelings in our bodies, we can easily and painlessly let them come up and leave.
These techniques are simple and easy to learn, and you become the expert in your own emotional well being.
When we stop resisting our problems, they can simply vanish as we are no longer giving them any energy or focus. In other instances, the problem may remain, but you feel fantastic about yourself and your life regardless of the issue you have.
